Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, included with reason for the return/exchange and copy of original receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our guidelines. A restocking fee may apply. We will issue a refund or exchange once we receive the returned item and it has met our guidelines.

No refunds or exchanges on: commissions, class registration, class session, makeup session, workshops and on all services.
